Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Insurance Specialist to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for handling client concerns, providing expert advice on health insurance products, and supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Develop and execute strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and products

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or insurance)
* At least one year of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and creatively
