Job Description:

This role focuses on the delivery of high-quality billing services. It requires strong analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities for customers and liaise with government agencies to resolve billing errors.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive support and timely responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit, update, and reconcile billing claims and errors
  • Identify and pursue billing & revenue opportunities for customers
  • Liaise with government agencies to resolve billing errors
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of government paperwork
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or billing

Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other relevant software, ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Qualifications: Neutral accent, clear pronunciation, and great email, chat, and phone etiquette, experience with medical billing software an advantage but not required
