Overview

The Technical Sales Representative will serve as an essential link between our company and its customers. This individual will focus on managing the sales process, ensuring effective communication, and fostering strong relationships with developers, electrical contractors, designers, architects, and related professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Forge and maintain strong connections with target professionals, catering to their specific needs.
  2. Skillfully negotiate and finalize agreements while keeping in line with company policies and client expectations.
  3. Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, focusing on the unique needs of the industry.
  5. Maintain and report on sales activities, offering regular insights to management.

Qualifications

A graduate degree in any Engineering course is required, with a preference for Electrical Engineering graduates. Previous sales experience, particularly in a business-to-business setting, is highly advantageous. Strong communication and mathematical skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office Applications, specifically Excel.

A valid driver's license and driving skills are optional but not required. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, organization, excellent time management, and a proactive attitude. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
