Hiring Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional sourcing skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from diverse sources, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering exceptional service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using various methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Managing candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles
• Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
