Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

The Product Planning and Fulfillment Analyst plays a pivotal role in the business process, working collaboratively with both internal and external clients to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire supply chain to ensure optimal demand and supply alignment using master planning systems.
  • Drive the establishment of supply chain parameters in planning systems according to product life cycles.
  • Support the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process by collaborating with Business Unit/Division Capacity Planners.
  • Monitor and analyze resource loading situations impacting S&OP.
  • Be accountable for fulfilling customer sales orders, customer programs forecasts, and safety stock replenishments.
  • Develop and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites to meet demand and loading policies. Monitor and control supply deviations.
  • Communicate with Business Groups/Divisions to align business strategies based on demand and supply situations.
  • Assist in the implementation of New Product Introduction and Returns Management processes according to relevant procedures.
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in customer handling, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including multicultural communication expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
