Supply Chain Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Leader to join our team.

  • This individual will be responsible for developing logistics strategies that align with business goals, overseeing inbound/outbound transportation, customs clearance, and 3PL relationships, as well as managing multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, including accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy through audits and system controls, and implementing and managing ERP/WMS platforms.

This role also requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams, collaborate with procurement, sales, project, CMO, and finance departments, drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

In addition, this individual will be responsible for monitoring KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates, developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, and monitoring and improving health, safety, and environmental practices.
