Job Description

As a senior professional in our global Market Data Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting world-class market data services. Our team is responsible for providing high-quality market data products and services to our clients.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the provisioning of market data products and services, including dealing with vendor invoicing, managing costs queries, managing the inventory of services, and updating market data contracts. Additionally, you will handle the reconciliation of associated vendor invoicing and ensure that Macquarie adheres to data compliance obligations by submission of exchange declaration.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of market data operations, inventory systems, and user entitlement management. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A proven track record of managing large datasets and experience with contract management would be an advantage.

  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years' of market data operational knowledge
  • Experience with market data inventory systems, Optimise Spend (FITS), MDM
  • Experience with user and entitlement management (DACS), Bloomberg portals, IRESS, Refinitiv, Reuters, London Stock Exchange (LSE), ICE
  • Proven invoice reconciliation knowledge and managing large market data datasets
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
