Job Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketer to drive audiences growth and demand generation by creating engaging content and graphics while ensuring efficient marketing operations that enable sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across both brands.
  • Create engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored for digital platforms.
  • Plan scripts and shot lists; collaborate with the team; design graphics and edit raw footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos with hooks, captions/subtitles, and on-brand visuals.
  • Manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and copy.
  • Maintain and update websites with SEO optimisation (titles, thumbnails, URLs).
  • Build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy.
  • Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing tools including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics, and presentation tools.
