Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the project management team to identify and allocate resources for client engagements

  • Oversee concurrent client projects and ensure timely resolution of issues, providing clear guidance on project expectations and accountabilities
  • Coach staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project delivery to enhance project outcomes
  • Provide transparent feedback on career development and growth plans to team members
  • Monitor alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and solicit feedback from leadership
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, including setting and managing client expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects aligned with project commitments
  • Deep knowledge of stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide mentorship on their career development
