Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks, handling customer billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent customer service support.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile payments through Stripe and proprietary system.
- Manage accounts receivable, including following up on past due payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit cards in QuickBooks Online.
- Process and record bills in QuickBooks.
- Generate and analyze financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Handle payment-related customer service tickets.
- Process refunds and manage billing disputes.
- Monitor and update memorized transactions.
- Process payroll.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries through Freshdesk.
- Process scheduling and change requests.
- Handle referral programs and commission tracking.
- Generate and send customer invoices.
- Conduct regular billing audits.
- Review and verify wage reports.
- Monitor branch metrics and subject metrics.
- Maintain accurate pricing plans.
- Track and process sales commissions.
