Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from stores and customers regarding client credit card services;
  • Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts;
  • Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and product marketing;
  • Ensure adherence to call quality standards;
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Completed at least 2nd year in College or 2-year Associate course
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recognize, deliver on card service sales opportunities
  • Customer service centric and effective relationship building skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Basic computer skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to work onsite at Ayala Center Cebu Tower, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
