Rental Property Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, marketing the properties, and adhering to local laws and regulations.
You will oversee all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including management of maintenance, guest relations, marketing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing long-term rental property operations, tenant relationships, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities also include leading recruitment and hiring processes, preparing financial statements and reports, performing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Furthermore, you will identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
Business development is also an essential part of this role, requiring you to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and conduct market research. You will also perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
