Real Estate Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our short and long-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • This includes managing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws for short-term rentals.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership skills with experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • No prior experience required but computer literacy is essential.
