We are an Australian allied health organisation growing rapidly, and we seek a seasoned developer to elevate our online presence from good to exceptional.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours based on AEST time zones.
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in shipping commercial websites at scale, possessing expertise in WordPress, PHP, custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, WooCommerce, SEO, analytics, and more.

You will lead the evolution of our WordPress ecosystem, build new features, templates, and custom plugins, improve performance and security, and maintain reliable deployments. You will also drive SEO outcomes by implementing technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, site architecture, internal linking, and content templates that rank and convert.

Your Skills and Expertise
  • Deep understanding of WordPress, including PHP, custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar, A/B testing tools, and Rank Math or Yoast
  • DevOps and hosting expertise, including Git and GitHub, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, and Cloudflare
