Training and Development Role

The Hummingbot Foundation is seeking an experienced training and development professional to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing training plans, training materials, and assessing individual and group training needs.

Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and performing knowledge checks on a regular basis, facilitating new hire onboarding training, planning, preparing, and researching lessons, and creating, organizing, and delivering training materials including online courses.

Additionally, you will instruct team members on an individual or group basis, check and assess users' work, deliver feedback with course grades, create and provide training summaries to stakeholders, and assist operations with understanding agent opportunities.

Successful candidates will have previous experience as a product trainer, preferably in a startup environment, and possess highly technical skills, including writing documentation, creating and organizing courses, and working independently.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, contribute proactively to the team, and develop clear process documentation and relevant reports.
