Key Responsibilities

The Workday Learning Expert will be responsible for migrating historical learning records into Workday LMS. This includes creating and configuring courses within Workday Learning to match legacy records, performing data cleanup and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy, reviewing and testing loaded data to verify successful migration, identifying and resolving data discrepancies or errors post-migration, and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure alignment of learning records with business requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday Learning and be able to provide regular updates to stakeholders on migration status. Experience in data migration, data integrity review, and system testing is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Workday Learning.
  • Experience in data migration, data integrity review, and system testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
