We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns, leveraging AI-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth.

In this role, you will manage multi-channel paid search campaigns, implement automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment.

You will collaborate with the digital marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with the company's business goals and growth strategies.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Test ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Develop and implement budget allocation and bid management strategies.
  • Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • Streamline marketing processes using AI tools.
  • Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
