Compensation:

• Base Salary Php 15,000/Monthly
• 1.5% Commission on the total project cost for every successful transaction closed (e.g, Project Cost 5,000,000 Php = 75,000 Php Comission)

Job Summary:

The Construction Auction & Bidding Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing construction bidding and auction opportunities across Negros Occidental. The role focuses on building relationships with government agencies, private developers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent participation in relevant tenders and maximize winning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, monitor, and source construction bidding and auction opportunities in Negros Occidental.
• Build and maintain a database of upcoming tenders, auctions, and procurement opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with government agencies, LGUs, private developers, and other project owners.
• Coordinate with management to evaluate bid requirements and prepare for submission.
• Stay updated with local construction industry trends, pricing, and competitors.
• Ensure all requirements for bid participation are met within deadlines.
• Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, site inspections, and negotiations when necessary.
• Track and report bidding progress, outcomes, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction procurement, bidding, or related roles.
• Strong network within construction, real estate, or government procurement sectors (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of bidding processes, contract negotiation, and tender requirements.
• Ability to work independently, proactively source opportunities, and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel across Negros Occidental, all expense paid + accomodation
