Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
  • Operations Management: Facilitate effective collaboration between CD & Supply chain partners by addressing issues raised by the CD team and supply chain team.
  • Create proactive action plans & launch projects to drive continuous improvement in operations.
  • Red Book Management: Identify key processes from stakeholders that require review and signoff by the leadership team.
  • Leverage audits and controls testing for all control operators.
  • Manpower Management: Govern third-party administrative aides effectively.
  • Evaluate and track budget utilization with agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
  • Preferably with experience in FMCG industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail regarding documentation
