Key Responsibilities:

  • Take escalated calls from providers/callers, developing tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in projects.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process transactions accurately and timely, meeting or exceeding client service level agreements.
  • Identify and resolve issues surrounding non-standard pending transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as needed, supporting the team's goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, requiring knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies, handling customer interactions (calls/chat/email).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment, with regular scheduled shifts, and proficiency in Windows PC applications.
  • Proficient experience using a computer, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
  • 6+ months of experience in roles requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for work products.
  • Effective communication (oral/written) in a professional/office setting, with an education level of at least a diploma or graduate preference.
  • Able to sit for extended periods, proficient with MS Office suites and leading CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to work US shifts, including weekends except Sunday.
