We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Professional to join our team in NTT DATA SERVICES PHILIPPINES INC. as a Life Insurance Associate - Client Relationship Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills and expertise in customer service, insurance industry knowledge, and communication to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take escalated calls from providers/callers, developing tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in projects.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process transactions accurately and timely, meeting or exceeding client service level agreements.
- Identify and resolve issues surrounding non-standard pending transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as needed, supporting the team's goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, requiring knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies, handling customer interactions (calls/chat/email).
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment, with regular scheduled shifts, and proficiency in Windows PC applications.
- Proficient experience using a computer, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
- 6+ months of experience in roles requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for work products.
- Effective communication (oral/written) in a professional/office setting, with an education level of at least a diploma or graduate preference.
- Able to sit for extended periods, proficient with MS Office suites and leading CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Flexibility to work US shifts, including weekends except Sunday.
