As an IDR Claims Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, processing, and settling claims in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with coordinators to ensure a smooth flow of information and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims and regularly updating the claims database.
- Investigating and analyzing claim details to determine coverage and validity.
- Communicating effectively with claimants, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an Australian or New Zealand business environment.
- Strong understanding of claims processing and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for claims management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
