Remote Staff, in partnership with JobsAvenuePH, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IDR Claims Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, offering the opportunity to work with an Australian Claims Management Services company.Key Responsibilities:Review, process, and settle claims in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.Collaborate with coordinators to ensure a smooth flow of information and documentation.Maintain accurate records of all claims and regularly update the claims database.Investigate and analyze claim details to determine coverage and validity.Communicate effectively with claimants, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.Qualifications:At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an Australian or New Zealand business environment.Strong understanding of claims processing and management.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in using relevant software and tools for claims management.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Why Choose Remote Staff?100% Work from Home: No office-based setups.
