Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our mission of providing quality in-home senior care. This role requires a unique blend of digital marketing expertise and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our services and values, while also promoting seasonal campaigns and caregiver recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent with our brand voice and mission.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, administrative support, or similar hybrid roles.
  • Advanced English language skills (B2/C1+) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
