Learning Experience Designer

We're seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging digital learning content for various business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.
  • Reviewing course deliverables to ensure high-quality content that meets effective learning design principles.
  • Monitoring compliance training and follow-up activities, including compiling statistics and improving existing tracking tools.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • At least one year of experience in curriculum/instructional design, preferably with expertise in Articulate Storyline.
  • Morning shift availability (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Manila time).
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work onsite or remotely as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven skills in applications like Adobe Illustrator, SharePoint Front End, and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Ability to learn new applications, including learning management systems.
  • Strong verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills.
