Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Excel, and data analysis, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing complex datasets, transitioning them to SQL or other database platforms, and providing administrative support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize complex Excel-based datasets, with potential migration to SQL or other database systems
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement
  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
