Job Title: E-Commerce Coordinator

This role encompasses executive office and e-commerce store support by managing calendars, communications, and project coordination.

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Monitor inboxes and assist with communications and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation.
E-Commerce Store Management:

  • Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content including headers and collections.
  • Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes.
  • Utilize Shopify's admin dashboard to create or modify pages and collections.
Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Perform QA checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes.
  • Test customer journeys such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails.
  • Identify and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations roles.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with quality assurance testing in e-commerce environments.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) to manage site updates.
