We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Minacs. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This includes work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates
- Effectively coach direct reports on their performance to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
You will also be responsible for identifying performance related issues, developing an action plan for improvement, implementing corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Ensuring service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') and financial expectations is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a related field and two to four years of relevant experience. They will be highly motivated with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
