  • Optimize Zendesk workflows for improved efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Zendesk Certified Administrator required
  • Expertise in Zendesk automation, triggers, and queue management necessary
  • Experience with Zendesk AI setup and integrations desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities required
