Job Overview

This is a full-time, remote position based in any Commonwealth country. As the Member Development Lead, your primary objective will be to develop the membership's ICT capability by assessing their critical needs and implementing appropriate development programs.

The role involves formulating and delivering human resource development initiatives that enhance the ICT capabilities of our members. The ultimate goal is to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to fulfill their ICT-related mandates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess member needs and design ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
