Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA professional to evaluate software applications, identify defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in software testing methodologies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on software applications.

In addition, the QA specialist will collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

They will conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements to enhance software quality, participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, and contribute to sprint planning.

Automated and manual testing will be performed as required, ensuring compliance with industry testing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of automated and manual testing techniques
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent
  • Experience in performance and security testing
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
