Job Summary

Coordinate logistics for service line learning initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of classes and courses.

This role involves working closely with the Learning Services Specialist (LSS) and Learning Leader (LL) to provide agreed-upon support for all classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing conference logistics, program deployment, or project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify target learners and forecast the number of classes, participants, deployment modality, timing, and session counts.
  • Support the LSS with data required to finalize the learning calendar and schedule participants.
  • Ensure sessions are scheduled with producers and production technologies as necessary.
  • Work across teams to update and manage rosters to ensure schedules are kept current of any changes.
  • Prepare size and set up classrooms needed to support classes.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel (filters, vlookups, pivot tables or Power Query).
  • Experience with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently during peak times.
