We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Regional Sales Director to join our team at Manila Recruitment. This role offers a unique chance to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals in Cebu.

Our client is a global leader in the IVD industry, serving over 100 markets through distributor partnerships and with own centers in 16 countries. They design, develop, manufacture, and market innovative analytical solutions for IVD laboratories and industrial purposes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Sales Specialists, achieving regional sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies. Requirements include a Medical Technology degree, at least 5 years of sales experience, and strong connections with potential clients in Pampanga.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Technical Sales Specialists to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.
  • Providing training and support to customers on new products and services.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the IVD industry.
