Key Responsibilities
  • Contact submitted leads to confirm interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to retailers
  • Accurately update and categorize leads
  • Securely handle customers' sensitive information
  • Apply latest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable laptop or computer and stable internet connection
