Job Overview

The role of a VAT Associate is to support the preparation and submission of VAT returns for clients, as well as assist in VAT registration and deregistration processes.

  • This includes maintaining accurate records for client VAT accounts, assisting in VAT refund and penalty reconsideration applications, and reviewing client documentation for UAE VAT compliance.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will respond to client queries under senior tax staff guidance, stay updated on latest UAE VAT rules and practices, and adhere to confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Internal team coordination for financial data gathering and performing other duties as directed by the VAT Manager to support department goals are also key responsibilities of this role.
