Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee month-end entries in complex financial statement areas and conduct research on new accounting transactions.

This role requires expertise in U.S. GAAP, advising on business implications and driving improvements in reporting processes, policies, systems, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and advise on new accounting standards and updates.
  • Oversee month-end postings for complex financial statement areas.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as subject matter expert on complex accounting matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain robust, auditable processes aligned with accounting standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance internal controls, addressing gaps and strengthening compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in both public accounting and corporate industry environments.
  • Preferably in a SaaS business or public accounting firm.
  • Prior knowledge of recent U.S. GAAP updates and experience implementing related process improvements is a plus.
