Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports in a timely manner, maintaining the data warehouse, and developing automated solutions for various HR processes. The successful applicant should have experience with automation using RPA platforms and data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain the data warehouse by performing routine quality checks and resolving any issues found with data or production process
  • Partner with IT in the development and maintenance of our HR reporting data warehouse
  • Assist in the development of automated solutions for our HR processes using state-of-the-art tools
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using RPA platforms
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL is required
  • Reporting experience from any HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage
