Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Business Transformation Manager in planning and implementing various business transformation initiatives. Together, you'll organize and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects and initiatives.

Your tasks will include:

  • Evaluating and analyzing current business practices to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with various leaders and stakeholders to understand existing business processes and identify gaps
  • Collecting data and process details to establish performance and process baselines
  • Surveying and analyzing best practices for techniques and processes
  • Conducting process analysis and benchmarking
  • Challenging the status quo and measuring performance against process requirements
  • Finding innovative solutions using improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma
  • Developing guidelines for process improvement initiatives
  • Coodinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders

We're looking for a detail-oriented process analyst who thrives in work that involves process design, process flow, and other forms of documentation. You should demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with various cross-functional teams in a project organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of prior professional experience in a process improvement role, with extensive involvement in identifying and driving process improvement projects. You should be experienced in identifying problems, creating project proposals and plans, implementing projects, and quantifying benefits.
