Artificial Intelligence Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. As an AI developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging Salesforce's AI capabilities to enhance and optimize sales, service, and marketing cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI solutions, drive innovation, and streamline business processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Flow, LWC, APEX, and platform features.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and maintain lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience developing specifically for Salesforce, with a strong focus on Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Agentforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including configuration and development.
  • Ai Technologies: Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Data Management: Experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Certifications: At least 3 active Salesforce certifications.
