Junior Packaging Designer

The Junior Packaging Designer plays a pivotal role in the development of product packaging by supporting the Creative team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative assets and execute them effectively.
  • Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
