Key Performance Indicator Analyst Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Credit Risk team, where you'll play a pivotal role in improving application scoring and behavioral scoring models. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making, enhance onboarding processes, and increase portfolio profitability.

The ideal candidate will own the full modeling cycle, from data exploration to deployment, and possess hands-on experience with credit scoring models. Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis and modeling is essential. Additionally, knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and probability will be valuable assets in this role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create and validate accurate predictive models to minimize risk and maximize returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business context, generate hypotheses, and refine decision-making strategies
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor model performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data science
  • Deep understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and SQL for data analysis and modeling
  • Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
