Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists, focusing on productivity and profitability.
  • Manage the success of Medical Client-VA relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral communication).
  • Self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, focused and organized.
  • Training and Development experience is an asset.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
  • Memory: 8GB RAM.
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
