Job Title:

Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary:

This position involves overseeing and directing a team of virtual medical professionals, ensuring alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations and management for a team of medical professionals to meet client-set targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-professional pairs.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using our services as a clinical team lead.
  • Client-professional relationship management.
  • Manage client needs and mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate issues, negotiate, etc.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management (familiar with operational processes).
  • Highly proficient in the English language (both written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, focused, organized, and with a growth mindset.
  • At least one year of training and development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box: can understand requirements and create solutions if necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
