Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Retail Operations team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and management of the order to cash cycle, including order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery, as well as invoicing and payment collection. They will also provide customer support for pre-order activities, such as systemic setup and ensuring customer orders are ready to process. Additionally, they will build sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard with new Commercial customers and build out our Customer Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in Order Operations finance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through ERP implementations and managing direct reports.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for creating workflows using connectors like Zapier and N8N to significantly cut down on manual work that the team handles on a day-to-day basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools.
