About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to fill this key position. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and implementing new solutions to improve our technology stack.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective support to internal customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Resolve common IT issues with PC, Mac, and Chromebook hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Enterprise IT tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, Kaseya, and BetterCloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting PC, Mac, and Chromebooks for software and hardware-related issues remotely.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya) and IDP and SCIM Provisioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
