IT Team Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our technical support team. This role involves providing advanced technical support to our global teams, managing and mentoring support staff, coordinating ticketing and helpdesk activities, and ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in delivering exceptional technical support services.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with onshore IT resources to ensure alignment of strategies and operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk management.
  • Skill:
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and helpdesk ticketing systems.
