Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated BIM Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating permit drawings, working with Revit models and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of architectural and engineering projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings.
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Proficiency in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
