Job Opportunity

A skilled BIM professional is required to join our team and contribute to the creation of accurate 3D models for building services.

This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality parametric Revit models, libraries, and documentation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that models align with design intent and construction requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models.
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D.
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360.
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
