  • Prepare comprehensive loan packages for underwriting submission, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.">
  • Address underwriting conditions promptly with thorough research and problem-solving approach.">
  • Coordinate closing logistics with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers.">
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines through detailed file review.">
