Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and implementing effective testing strategies.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices is required.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design and develop automated tests to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to development teams on testing best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
