Transforming Customer Experiences
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for retaining and growing customer sets, driving revenue with partners, and executing the Partnership sales plan.
You will work closely with our Akamai Partnership in APJ to build relationships and insights that maximize product value through our global platform.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Recruiting, retaining, and evolving the Akamai partner ecosystem in APJ
- Championing Akamai priorities with stakeholders while maintaining trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders and field sales teams
- Defining partner-specific enablement plans based on combined Akamai and partner sales strategies for application security, zero-trust security, and compute
- Leading revenue and acquiring new business by evangelizing Akamai's technology to existing and prospective partners
- Executing channel programs to maximize business returns
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be a natural communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships and ensure customer success.
You should be able to deliver critical dialogues to resolve obstacles and results-oriented. Additionally, you should be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions, and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
You will also need to be resilient and willing to take on new challenges.
